Return and Replacement Policy

At Grace Used Car Parts, we accept authorized returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If you ordered a product and no longer want it, you may return the unused item in its original condition and packaging. A 30% restocking fee will apply unless stated otherwise. In select situations, we may offer a reduced restocking fee and issue the remaining value as store credit.

Please note that special orders and custom parts are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in both directions unless pre-approved by Grace Used Car Parts. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns will not be accepted beyond the 30-day window from the original invoice date. Make sure to submit your return request within the specified time period. All products shipped from Auto Experts are sent via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Items shipped directly from manufacturers may or may not require a signature for delivery.

Special Order Items

Some items are specially ordered for a specific vehicle and may require a deposit or full payment upfront. Once the customer agrees to the purchase and the deposit is received, the amount becomes non-refundable. These special order parts are not eligible for return or resale, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Please be aware that Grace Used Car Parts does not refund shipping fees. Products that have been modified, installed, or altered in any way cannot be returned. We are not liable for any installation or related costs, and customers may need to purchase a replacement item at their own expense if the original item is damaged or unusable due to modification.

Shipping Policy

Grace Used Car Parts offers reliable shipping services across the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Standard delivery time is estimated between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and product availability. However, unexpected delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Information

Orders for items currently in stock are generally processed and dispatched within one business day.

If damaged, please follow these steps:

• Keep the product in its original packaging and box.

• Make a detailed list of the damaged or missing items.

Notify the shipping carrier immediately, and contact Grace Used Car Parts within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier for a potential pickup. Do not return the item without written approval from Grace Used Car Parts.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement or credit, if applicable.
